  1. dear sirs, what is your opinion on repossessed properties, they are normally soldbelow market value.do such porperties have bad geomancy or is it perculiar to the previous owners only. by the way, what do you think of the warrenproject in choa chu kang?
  2. with the new year approaching, there are many fengshui predictions by various practitioners for each of the chinese zodiac signs, some would go into individual years, can these 'readings' be trusted given some of them do differ in opinions?
  3. dear master lee, can you give me an opinion on this block in yishun? i've attached a gif file for your reference. personally i do not like the area but my father insists on buying. i am very 'uncomfortable' with the area and the unit is in my opinion overpriced. then again, i will not be the one moving into it. thank you. stan
  4. dear master lee, does it matter if sha qi is directed at the windows instead of the main door? if so, what about a ba gua or mirror to neutralise it? i'm not keen in the traditional geometric ba gua, can a normal circular mirror be used? does the size matter? last query, can i place the mirror, at the bottom of the window cos trying to hammer a nail above the window out of the eighth floor is ill-advised.thanks. regards stan
  5. dear mr. lee i've got a couple of relatives who are christian preachers and naturally they are dismmissive of geomancy. i was just wondering if you would do a simple analysis based on the location and form of this so-called 'sucessful' church. this is merely out of curiosity on my part on the debate between doctrine and contemporary style or how much influence does feng shui has. regards stan
  6. would you advise against having more than 1 ba bua? 1 at the living room window to counter the sha qi and another to break a structural influence of a pincer like building facing the bedrooms? does it matter if the ba gua is hung below the window instead of above? in what circumstance do you use a wind chime? regards stan
  7. dear mr. lee, how can i fix the leaks to my home, the first is a sha qi from the pointed corner of a building opposite my flat, next is this pincer like shape building that's supposedly drawing away wealth. do i put up wind chimes or bagua facing these buildings? should i do the cures at the same time or deal with each leak separately? regards stan
