Dear Master Cecil Lee, I noticed yesterday that my neighbor has put up a pair of scissors( pointing upwards and the cutter section is opened) on top the window of their master bedroom, which is facing the window of my master bedroom . For your information, my neighbor's second son is suffering from leukemia.My worry is whether the above mentioned placement of scissors will have any detrimental effect on us ( my husband, my daughter and I) who sleep at that direction. Your prompt advice in this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you.
