  1. Dear Cecil, Thanks for your reply! However, based on my question 3 on the master bedroom, I have a further question about it. As shown in my previous diagram, since there are 2 hdb flats by the side of the pedestrian walkway, do the corners of the 2 hdb flats constitued sha-qi aimed at our master bedroom? What can we do if it is? Thanks alot! - Amy
  2. Dear Cecil, Thanks for being a wonderfully helpful guy that you are! Really appreciate your patience! I do have a few more questions with regards to my master bedroom and my balcony (because of this taiwanese fengshui show that brings up alot of scary stuff). First of all, Balcony. It seems that the balcony is supposed to be the career area of the owners of a house (or something like that), thus one should not make changes to the balcony (or sorts). Question: However (please see diagram below), since ours has kinda been removed into a living room extension cum cosy corner of sorts, is there a problem then? What rectification can we do? Should one really usually leave the balcony alone? Next, Master Bedroom. 1. Based on the diagram below, our toilet door faces the head positions of our sleeping position. Is there a problem with this? The thing is, as you can see, there's really no other place for us to put our bed. What can we do to rectify the toilet door area short of putting a curtain at the toilet door or something. What about a fake sliding wall that can be used to slide over and cover the toilet door when not in use? 2. We have 2 side lamps on each side of the bed at the side tables. If we want another general light to illuminate the entire room, where should we put it? Can we put a light in the middle of the room (but that will be above the bed, supposedly giving sha-qi of sorts to us)? 3. Is there something about not being able to put odd or even no. of lights in the bedroom? Thanks for your help! -Amy
  3. Dear Cecil, (sorry.. if this seems to appear again, i seem to have problem posting this) Thanks alot for your help on the kitchen! Really appreciate that! I have a few more questions which I need some help on: 1. DiningTable - (please see attached picture A) If our dining table is not placeddirectly in front of the main door of the house but sort of on the diagonal side of the wall, is there a problem with it? How can we rectify if it's a problem? 2. Living Room Windows (from same picture A)We did away with our balcony and converted that to part of the living room. But we realise that from our living room windows, one of the apartments from the opposite block has a four-faced buddha at their balcony that kinda faces almost directly towards our windows. Is that considered sha-qi and what can we do about that? 3. Master Bedroom window faces T-Junction (see picture B) We live on the 9th floor. ButI notice that our master bedroom window directly overlooks a pedestrian walkway between2 HDB flats and towards a main road and the LRT. A constant breeze comes into the house from here. Will that affect us in any way and what can we do about it? Thanks so much for your kind patience and help! -Amy

  5. Dear Cecil, Please see attached for a better picture. I have a few questions that I would really appreciate if you could help. 1. Is an electric stove still considered as a fire element or is it a metal element instead? 2. Is there a problem with my sink facing the kitchen entrance (B) (where all the water pipes and stuff are situated at anyway) 3. Where should I place my microwave? 4. Are there any other problems with my layout? 5. What can I do to counter my potential problems? Thanks alot! -Amy
