We are a trading company dealing with equipments and I understand that every year after Chinese New Year, different company re-start their business based on the auspicious date. Kindly advise us : 1. which are the auspicious dates to open for business, 2. do we need to open at auspicious time too? 3. Any special ceremony or procedures that we need to do? Dear Cecil, I am writing to you to seek your kind advice regarding office fengshui. Currently, we are looking for a new office. At one of the industrial building, we are quite interested in one of the units which is on the 5th storey (600 sq ft), however there are2concerns : 1. The male & female toilets (estimate 350 sq ft)are located on the 6th storey and a portion of the toilets layout are located on top of the 5th storey office, although bothtoilets entrances are not directlyon top of the 5th storey office entrance, with such layout, will the toilets on the 6th storey create bad fengshui for the 5ht storey office, orwill it in anyway affect theoffice's fengshui? 2. There is also no window for this 5th storey office, will it affect the fengshui of the office? Your early advise would be much appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Best regards

Hello Cecil, This is my first time posting a message,I would like to seek your advices on the above-mentioned Edelweiss Park Condo.Frankly,many of the good unitshave been taken up, except some low floor units & units affected by the afternoon sun. However, there is one or two units which I thought are quite ok and thought of buying for our own stay. Presently, I am looking at Blk 86 #02-20 & Blk 82 #02-11 Type C layout with 3 bedrooms, it's about 119sq m. However, i am not sure if low floor units may affect feng shui and that this condo is near to Prison, will it also have bad qi?
