Dear Cecil, Can you give me advice on a few things abt a house that I'm considering ? 1. the house is a nice rectangle but the land is more triangular (see picture), is this bad ? 2. the main door is facing north-west, is this bad ? 3. it is located on the curve of the cul de sac (there are 2 houses located on the curve, this is one of them) 4. the house number is is 14A, is this bad ? Thanks.

Dear Cecil, Thanks for yr advice. This house that I mentioned, the main gate is facing the road but the main door is not. Whenpeople talk about cul-de-sac property is not ideal, do they refer to the whole house or does it only apply to the facing of the main door ? What are your charges for a brief on-site evaluation before I decide to buy the house ? Rgds,

Hi Cecil, I'm thinking of buying a house which is located at end of Cul De Sac. Everything abt the hse is good :- 1. I feel v comfortable when I step in 2. House is north-south facing 3. Main door to hse is not facing the road but the main gate is I have enclosed a diagram to show the position of the house. Can you give me some advice please ? Thanks.
