I heard that mirrors are really good in bedrooms. But, where should I put mirrors? I don't have any mirrors in bedroom. I hear a lot of people say that mirrors in bedrooms should only be put in certain areas. Like, don't put mirrors above your feet, at the foot of the bed. Any ideas on where to put mirros in bedroom?

I looked at the Ba Kua, and I'm still confused where my living room is, what area. As I enter my front door, my door is on the right side. On my left, is my living room. Small living room though. I'm confused if my living room is in the career area or the knowlege area. Can anybody tell me.

This is from the book THE MODERN BOOK OF FENG SHUI by Steven Post about crystals: Mutltifactured spherical crystals are used to adjust the direction of chi flow. The crystal ball takes a linear flow and diffuses it in all directions. When the ling or bad karma or the difficult chi hits a crystal ball, you never know that the bad influence has come in or that it has been corrected. Crystals can help improve the effectiveness of your visualization by reflecting spiritual light, sunlight, the light of the deity of your own heart, or simply universal light. Often you may subsitute a wind chime or mirror in place of a crystal. Place crystals in places like hallways or along the alignment of three or more "piercing heart door,". Often a crystal (hung from a rearview mirro) in your car can be empowered for safety and calmness.
So, what do you think of this? Does this guy know what he is talking about?

Hi. You mentioned about putting a mirror at the wash basin. Where exactly is the wash basin? Is that above the sink area? I think my bathroom is also in the relationship corner/area.

Hi. I heard that the color blue is beneficial in the bathroom.
I was thinking about buying all blue towels for my bathroom.
But, what color blue should I buy? What would work better?
Light blue or dark blue? Also, would it help to have
a picture of fish or a picture of a waterfall
in the bathroom?

why does it say to hang crystals from the ceiling
in feng shui books?

So, you should place the pyramid in the fame area, right?

After browsing a couple of feng shui books, I
had a couple of questions. First off, a window
faces my front door. I know that's not good.
So, I guess what I need to do is either place
a crystal or mirror in that area. Maybe like
in the middle, between my door and window?
I know that where my window is, it's the fame
area. And, I heard that I shouldn't place crystals there.
Because crystals represent water. So, maybe
I should place the crystal not too close to
the window area. It doesn't matter how high
or low the crystal is from hanging down the
ceiling, does it?
Next question about the stove... I heard that you should place
mirrors around the stove area. Some say above the stove, some
say to the sides of the stove. Which is better, or try both?
Also, I think my kitchen is in the wealth area...Is this good?
About mirrors in the bedroom. I heard that mirrors are good
in the bedroom. I also heard that a big round
mirror is good over the bed. Is this true?
Does anybody have mirrors in their bedroom?
I also read in Steven Post's book that a chinese
bamboo flute is good for peace and safety, gives
support in difficulties, fights off evil. I was wondering if
anybody had one of these in their house.
I also read in Steven Post's book that it's good to hang TEN
COINS OF CHING DYNASTY in your wealth area. Does anybody have one of these?

Note: There is an earlier message posted under the Conference: Eight-House. Ideally when we post messages, try where possible to create a `meaningful' Topic header.
This would be useful to everyone who only needs to glance the Topic header and decide whether to read or not to read the messages.
Thanks!

Hi. I can't find my message, so I'm posting it again.
I was wondering if anybody here is a feng shui consultant
or has had one in your house. I was thinking about having one.
How much did it cost you if you did have one?
I would like to know more what they did. Besides
suggesting ideas. Did they have a bag of goodies
you could buy if you wanted to? I was also wondernig
if I should read a feng shui book first. I really
want to know where my wealth corner is at.

I was wondering if anybody here is a feng shui
constultant or if you ever paid a feng shui consultant
to consult your house. I was just wondering
what they do,and if they provide supplies to buy
such as crystals or mirrors? Or, do they just
suggest new ways to make your house better?
I was thinking about having a feng shui consultant
but was wondering if I should just read a fung
shui book instead. I'm having a hard time to find out
where my career section is. Also, did anybody
buy Steven Post's feng shui book? I wanted to
try his wealth trick.

How about mirrors in bedroom? Is it good to put a big round mirror above my bed? I think I asked this question already, but can't find the question, so I'm asking it again.
