Cecil: I am considering purchasing the house in the attached photo. The house number is 880 it faces E-SE (115 degrees)and there is a lagoon to the left side (S-SW) of the property. Behind the house (W) is a hill which separates the property from both a highway and the mouth of the lagoon which leads to the ocean. The main door is to the left of the garage and slightly offset, There is a fountain to the left of the Front door and a small pond on the left side (SW)of the backyard. The carpet throughout is a medium grey and all walls & cabinets are white. I will get a floor plan and send it ASAP. There are a lot of windows with white horizontal shutters. Will this be a good purchase? Is this a good number? What should I do to promote the wealth area?I was born 6/10/47 at 5:31pm
