Dear Cecilia, We recently received a gift from a China friend. Its a sword made of ancient coins of Chencang. We like to know where is the best place to put it? If we put it in the study room (any direction) is it OK? Is it true that if you put this sort of ancient feng shui item in the wrong position will bring in more harm than good? Dear Cecil, I would like to seek your advise on water features/landscape. There are many offers on small water landscape for home nowadays and I would like to put one at my home. I have a private lift which leads directly to my house. When the lift door opens, we have a small lobby area in front of the lift and the main door is on the right side. If I put a small water landscape at this lobby area, it would be on the right side of my main door. I read in some feng shui that it is not good to put water landscape on the right side main door. (meaning, when I open my main door to go out, the right side is the water landscape). Please advise whether it is alright to put a water landscape at my lift lobby area? Dear Cecil, I have a question to ask on putting water features/landscape. Now a days there are alot of water features in shops which install small water landscape for homes. I have a private lift going to my house unit. When I come out of the lift, we have a small lobby area and my main door is on the right hand side of the lift. Can I put a small water landscape at this lobby area - directly facing the lift door? Meaning to say, when I come out of my main door, the water landscape is on the right side of the main door. I read somewhere in feng shui book that it is not good to put water feature on the right side of the main door - (it invite extra-marital affairs). Is this true? Dear Cecil, If I am a "Free thinker" - no religion in particular, can I hang a christian cross at the main entrance to cure my bad feng shui? I am a south house person and my main door is facing NE direction (disaster). What else can I hang - crystal? Please help regards, IT

Dear Cecil, My husband and daughter is a West House person while I am a South House person. From the centre of the house, the door direction is NW direction. But standing infront of the main door the direction is NE. It seems that the directions are good for my husband and daughter but not for me. What shall I hang at the entrance of the main door in order to help me but not affecting my husband ?
