Since Clavon land is at southwest of  the Clementi Ave 1 road, is this considered a direct Bow & Arrow ?

Aside from the location of kitchen stove, how significant and impactful are the missing cavities in the overall unit floor plan against the 8 cardinal direction sectors?  

Has there been any project in your experience that have completely covered the 8 cardinal directions w/o any protrusion or cavities?
