Hello Cecil, We are building a new house but unfortunately, one bedroom door faces the stairway directly. The staircase does not go straight down, it makes one turn. What are the implications of that situation and how can I correct it? Thank you! CKH

Hello! We are renovating a house which is relatively old. The owner passed away about one year ago. Three questions: 1.What should we do before we move in? Any rituals to "sweep away" the old aura of the owner? 2.There is a water well in the center of the backyard and one of the bedrooms looks directly down at it. Is this a cause of concern? If so, what can we do? 3.My 2 year old daughter's bedroom faces the stairs going down although the stairwell does turn a corner. How do I rememdy this? Thank you!

Hello Cecil and Robert, My partner and I have recently started a new business which we are operating from a small room in my home. We have a question regarding the wealth corner. Right now, we have a small file cabinet with a printer sitting on top of it. Should we move this and what should be replace it with?
