elements in family and business luck

Hello Fengshui Masters,

I use your free personal bazi calculator to get bazi of my family.
The results are:
I (as husband & father in the family) am strong water.
My wife is strong metal.
Oureldest son is strong earth (born 2002).
Our second son is strong metal (born 2006).

I feel our elements are not balanced and my business luck is recently not good. Is there correlation between our elements and my business luck?Please give me some hints/links.

1. What you had mentioned is purely on one's ba zi element. Ba zi also has other factors like personal luck periods, and even business luck during any period.

2. In your case, if you want to look at "geomancy", usually your ba zi, is looked at and another factor may be the Feng Shui of your home or office. Thus it may not necessarily be or not (from) all family's ba zi.

3. Thus at the moment, it can be anybody's guess as to what may be the problem.
