October 7, 200916 yr Master Cecil, Please advise me if the beacon heights condo is a good place for investment ?
October 30, 200916 yr Staff 1. Feng Shui cannot really be done by “remote control.” For instance, if you don’t actually live in a home, your earth luck does not come from that home. 2. Just like with any other investment decision, if you personally have some concerns about a property, it’s safe to assume that others will feel the same way when you eventually want to sell it. 3. For example, block and unit numbers of apartments are not part of Feng Shui. However, for many Chinese, certain numbers can still feel important, especially if a unit has something like #04-44, and so on. 4. Many of us already know some of the things that may be seen as “bad” or poor Feng Shui, such as a unit directly facing a road, or sharp, angular corners from neighbouring blocks pointing towards our balcony, living room, bedrooms, etc. 5. In many condominiums, even units right next to each other can have very different Feng Shui. So, rather than guessing about the whole condo, remember that Feng Shui is very localised: “It depends!”
