What does the numbers in flying chart means?

Dear Master Cecil,
What does the big
number in the middle of each squares means in the flying chart? The two
smaller number in the corner ? and the year in each square means or
referring to?

A. Wow, your question is too basic that it is best to use your fingers to find the knowledge:-
1. For example, you can use the top left search field in this forum to search for sepcific terms like:-
1.1.Flying Star Feng Shui

1.3. Water Star
1.4. Base Star and/or palace star
1.5. 9 star ki (nine star ki)
