Hi Master,
May I know is it necessary to choose a house moving in timing? Moving in as in will stay at the place from the day onwards.

What you mentioned is to do with "Nice-to-have" and not a "Must-have".
Of course, if one has a good date; and a good time; these are Nice-to-have.
