House near a funeral home

I have purchased a beautiful house that I love -- but I did it before I began learning about Feng Shui. Which means I took no notice of the fact that there is a funeral home across the street and slightly to the east of my new house. Just how big a mistake have I made? Is there an effective cure?

Well, the home sounds nice
One question I have for you: "Now do you regret ever learning Fung Sway?".
One good thing is that it is across the road. Not like next to your home.
Usually, majority of us have to go some time or the other... and it is quite natural thing.
In Singapore, in the 1900's to 1940's Sago street is THE PLACE for such things and there are many who stay within that area.
So.. DO YOU NOW, TRULY REGRET READING TOO MUCH ABOUT FENG SHUI (FUNG SWAY)?
If you don't buy my argument... then read on..
HALT! Still don't buy my argument?
Well read on....
..What the heck.. here goes.... one of the Fung Sway remedies...
Traditionally, RED is considered as the most YANG thing so, some homes use natural red-bricks at their frontage facing it. Otherwise; we often drape "red" .. in your case could be a set of red curtains or (some even have a fire-engine RED as the main entrance door car.)
Sorry.. to have strained your eyes!

Yes... you can also benefit from this advice!
Just imagine in the past; many grandma's and grandpa's have to "tolerate" each other and one word here: they enjoy : MARTIAL BLISS!
So itn't is a bliss that you could have wished that you have not even heard of Feng Shui; this term? Won't it makes you a much happier person? Hahahahaha!

1. In my opinion, a conVEX mirror is meant to deflect a poison arrow e.g. a lamp post etc...
2. Usually, if you have seen a traditional Feng Shui bagua mirror; the traditional simpleton one has a ba gua array or the eight trigrams on the outside and a FLAT mirror.
3. In a "foreign" country where the culture is mostly non-Chinese; the eight trigrams array ain't going to help.
4. The clue can be found under Para 2 and highlighted IN the same colour (COLOR).

I think you suggested red
curtains. Or a red
door. Am I close?How do
you feel about a convex mirror
above the front door?

Try to do a Search at the Top left frame of this forum for e.g. "Red is the most yang"...
and you should be able to read lots of past forum messages on this topic..
