Time Zone

Could you tell me if your monthly Auspicious date report is according to your time zone in Singapore. Do I need to
convert it to my time zone (I live in Florida, USA using eastern time zone...NY)?

For information: Singapore's Time is exactly similar to China, Beijing's Time.
