Shapes & Forms: Making of Foresque Residences

Recently launched (2011) 99 year lease condo at Petir Road
1. Personally having seen many new developments and their sales brochure throught the years;
2. The newly (this year launched) Foresque Residences Sales Brochure is what caught my attention.
3. Don't get me right or wrong.. I am saying that condo is excellent; but rather; the most striking thing that caught my eye within the pages of the SALES brochure is two drawings or illustrations.
4. These two pieces (see attachment) are pieces or "work of art" that only Shapes and Forms persons truly admire.
5. Even if it is in black and white; lot of swirls; one sees all the qi swirling, meandering around "point" or tower blocks.
6. As I always say; tower blocks are often the safest bet. (Other than some of the information that will be provided on the 2nd thread to this message - has to do with all towers on "stilts" : where there are two sides of the coin...

Common sense plays a large part in Feng Shui.
For example, in the two examples; it is best to avoid sleeping with the head sharing the same wall with the toilet bowl's piping.
In this illustration; these two layouts have one's bed-head sleeping pretty close to the same wall where the plumbing of the toilet bowl(s) are.
