Spiral staircase advice needed

Hello -
My wife and I recently purchased a small log cabin in the mountains as a place to escape to on the weekends and raise a family. We absolutely love it up there.
Out of obvious practical reasons, the cabin uses a spiral staircase (see pics) to access the loft space. My wife, a firm believer in Feng Shui practice, is very concerned about both the location and the nature of this staircase.
Before I remove it though (as I promised I would), I would like some feedback to see whether or not there is another option to mitigate the potential negative energy that might result from this feature. I am hoping to find a way to "save" this staircase, as it does seem to be the best solution to access the loft in such a small space.
Thanks in advance for your advise.
Sincerely,
- olaf

These are some considerations:
1. In my opinion; in my life-time; and still today, some who are not too familiar with Feng Shui would asked this question: If I hire you to do my Feng Shui; must I need to do major hacking?
2. Your posting is very similar to the above question.
3. As you had mentioned for practical reasons; a spiral staircase is used in this cabin.
4. Even if one wants to resort to hacking or removing the spiral staircase; a Geomancer would often do further investigations. And cannot assume that all spiral staircases are "bad".
5. In fact, even in my country, there are some homes which do have a spiral staircase. Or staircases.
6. For example, around close to 12 years ago; I Feng Shuied a new client and his penthouse in an Executive Condo at Northoaks, Woodlands; has a spirial staircase that leads up to this master bedroom.
7. In fact, just last year, he has moved to a landed property costing at least 4 million dollars. And his Engineering Company has been thriving all along the past few years.
8. There are other examples of many others I know who has a spirial staircase. And the key is "It depends!"
9. Since this is only an escape on the weekends; this even lessen the concern.
10. In Europe and all over the world; in the past; many think of the Skoda car brand as a car that can fall apart anytime. In recent years; it was taken over by VW and many are as well built "German" qualities. Therefore, it is the same.. cannot just say that automatically a spiral staircase is bad.
11. One of the major reasons, I suspect for saying that spiral stairs is "bad" has more to do with common sense. For example, it would be unfriendly to the elderly, the visually impaired and even some children especially if they just learned to walk etc..
12. Otherwise, why take such a drastic action; just because you had read that it is NO GOOD? And furthermore, there are no other better PRACTICAL solution(s).

Recently visited Northoaks as a new client just purchased a re-sale unit, here.

Northoaks pretty well maintained, today.

With a self-service walk-in visitor’s input screen: where the visitor has to identify his identity card number, phone number and input the block/unit that he wants to visit. Finally, the visitor’s photo is captured by the screen...hmmm...

Condos with squash courts are rare today! A few remain, today.224EBFA1-1EF0-4D1D-9E8C-484C94B55122.thumb.jpeg.5b2f9df5f63f5d7950ce4a4ae15facb7.jpeg
