Setting up new fish tank at home

Hi,
I am planning to set up a fish tank at home to make it more 'lifely'. Is there any particular things that i should avoid for setting up a fish tank at home? I don't want to upset anything in the house (especially create some bad fengshui) because of this new fish tank.
Please advise.

Please do a SEARCH for fish tank.
I believe, there are numerous references in this forum where I had provided advice on what to look out for -- a fish tank.
You should not have a problem finding or reading in detail what are the do's and don'ts here.
