Can i keep my foutainon in the SE when the annual 4 star visits? I have read you can as long as you dont have too much water present, as it can bring sexual scandal and/or affairs. What is meant by not too much water? a smaller water feature? what type of fountain would be ideal in a situation like this? thank-you

1. The two stars #3 and #4 are associated or share the same significance.
2. Thus, not only just the annual #4 but also #3.
3. Common sense says that if one's water feature or position is of a certain size; it is not practical to shrink the water in such a feature too drastically. For example, if one has a fish tank. It is not practical to half-the water in such a water position.
4. Under the Five elements concept; so long as the water feature has all the five elements: then there is balance. For more information of what makes a well balanced water feature comprising all five elements: Resource: http://fountain.geomancy.net Para 2.1 to 2.12
