1. One of the main concerns I have with Euhabitat has to be it's plot of land:

1.1 This development is literally carved out from the Pan Island Expressway and Foo Kin Lin Road/Teo Kim Eng Road.

1.2 In the past, such a plot of land was left untouched prior to the private property boom of 2011, 2012.

2. The above translates to poor Shapes and Forms for this development.

3. In addition, when I visited the show room twice; around 2011; when I went off; I always felt uneasy with the attachment.

3.1 As this development is just 30 metres to the start of Bedok Reservoir Road plus the busy Jalan Eunos road.
