Is unit in condo consider facing T-Junction?

Hi Master, 

I am look to purchase a condo. I have view a unit but need you advise if the unit is consider as facing the T-junction?

The unit is below the road level according to Fengshui is it good for living?

Yes, on the conservative side; it seems to be at the T-junction.

Other factors: the strength of the fence and "touchwood" : in a rare situation that a vehicle ploughs through the condo fence .. could it fly towards the living room area? Of the unit? Can't tell from the sketch.

But, in the future; if one were to resell this unit; and if a buyer brings a geomancer... just maybe 60percent may just tell the potential buyer to look elsewhere...

Even if it sounds impossible... but nevertheless remotely possible.. then ... skip, skip erh... skip...
