Flying Stars or Bazi?

When buying a vacant lot to construct a new home, what should  we consider first

 

• the flying stars facing direction of house 
• the bazi  based direction which is favorable to the house owner
• what if the good flying star location(period 8 SW1 or NE1) is bad for the bazi direction of home owner

These are some considerations:
