Block facing cross junction

I am thinking of getting a flat in this area. Some units have windows facing the cross junction.

1. Is it advisable to avoid units with windows facing cross the cross junction?

2. Will the units with windows not facing the cross junction be affected too, considering that the whole structure of the blocks seem to be pointing to the cross junction.

3. Even though the windows of 298 do not face the junction, are the units there fine since the block is closest to the junction?
