House behind another house

If a house I'm interested in is facing the back of another house just like the attached picture, is that good feng shui?  The house with the red dot is facing the back of another house even though there is a street between them.

These are some considerations:

1. Wait till you see something similar to this in another country. For example: in a land scarce country like Singapore, nearly all the landed properties have homes back to back of each other. 

2. The only concern is that if there is an open drain behind the house; yes this can affect it’s Feng Shui.
