Sunglade remains popular today as it is just a short stroll to Nex and the MRT / Bus hub. Sunglade condo received its T.O.P. in 2003, which was the final year of Period 7. 2. Therefore, Sunglade is technically classified under Period 7 Feng Shui. 3. It is quite difficult to determine if a Period 8 Flying Star chart should be used instead of the Period 7 chart. 3.1. It may be possible to use a Period 8 chart if the first owner collected the keys in 2003 but only moved in from Chinese New Year 2004 onwards. 3.2. This is because, in a resale situation, the unit may have had second or even third owners. 3.3. If that’s the case, how can you find out when the first owner moved in? 3.4. There is a small chance the unit is still owned by the original owner. If they are living there, you could try asking them, but there’s no guarantee they will remember whether it was 2003 or 2004. 4. For these reasons, it is still preferred to use the Period 7 chart. 5. In some forum posts, I have mentioned that if someone has lived there for many years, it is possible to plot both Period 7 and Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui charts for comparison.
