Hello Sir ,

We are looking for purchasing a house which is at the end of the road but road does not end in the property . House is located on the side of the road. House is realy good but shall it be concerning since it is at the dead end of the road? very confused !! please help !!

These are some considerations:

1. Good that although the house is at the end of the street; it is not a cul-de-sac. If at cul-de-sac ... is further consideration.

2. Common sense
2.1. In Malaysia, many don't like to have a corner house because of brazen robbers (Thieves). Who are even bold to poison dogs and climb into the house.

2.2. Above depends on individual country. In Singapore, such a home is safe.

3. Is the home just a few kilometres next to the sea? If no, please ignore, this:- 

3.1 Check that your country / location is not under the Tsunami belt. If so... might as well see the movie : "Gone with the Wind". Or recent films include: "Gone in 60 seconds".
