Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 22, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted January 22, 2020 Case Study 1: What is the meaning of Kopar? Oh! It’s simply copper!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 3, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted February 3, 2020 Are you aware of the characteristics of Kopar, or rather, copper? The Wuhan coronavirus and Kopar are incompatible! Why is that? For a singular reason: it possesses antimicrobial properties. Given that copper is a soft metal, alternatives such as brass door knobs and handles are utilized instead. These materials inherently possess antimicrobial qualities. Brass contains a significant amount of copper along with lesser quantities of tin and zinc. A Property Agent might literally claim that your prospective new residence is resistant to emerging viruses, including those from the coronavirus family such as SARS and the Wuhan viruses... This could lead to serious repercussions for the agent due to such deceptive marketing. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimicrobial_properties_of_copper Living in a home with copper water pipes is indeed a blessing, as they are flexible and can be joined with minimal heat. Nevertheless, a drawback arises from manufacturing imperfections. Typically, under certain conditions, copper piping has a lifespan of approximately 20 to 30 years before specific areas begin to corrode, indicated by a greenish surface coating. For instance, if one owns a house constructed around 1995 that employs copper piping, it may have begun to leak in certain spots.

Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 22, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted July 22, 2020 Case Study 3: Can I rely on the North compass marking on the Sales Brochure layout plans? 1. From Street map (streetdirectory.com) majority of the stacks face NE3 60 degrees, SW3 240 degrees and some stacks also face NW3 330 degrees. 2. Checking the accuracy of the North marking found on a sample layout plan: 2.1. Certainly, the outline of Block 4 corresponds with the 60 degrees or NE3 outline. 3. Undoubtedly, one can trust the compass markings present on the layout plan. 4. Nevertheless, the site plan indicates a slight 1 degree variation from the aforementioned, resulting in 61 degrees. Fortunately, this is not a cause for concern, as the NE3 range extends from 52.5 to 67.4 degrees, providing a sufficient margin for any discrepancies. Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 22, 2020 Author Staff Share Posted July 22, 2020 Case Study: Are you aware that even if a geomancer claims that the location is outstanding, all sites are subject to the principles of the Bell Curve? 1. Some conservative Feng Shui Masters would not like to see a development side-by-side or (facing) a place of worship = Newton Life Church. 2. Fortunately, due also to a piece taken by The Atelier, the outline of Kopar looks more like a butcher's knife aimed towards Newton Life Church. One can say that this is a consolation of having it "side-by-side" beside the church. 3. Another saving grace of the site is that Kopar is set-back from the Newton Circus. 4. Based on the Water Classics the canal is parallel to Kopar and thank god it is at it's knife edge. 4.1. The Two main blocks 4 and 8 aligned in a "Castle gate" angle is favourable in relation to this pointy-point site. 4.1. As in a boxing match: "Saved by the bell" LOL. 5. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 6. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 7. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 7.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit! 8. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 8.1. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc...
