Hello Cecil, may I check if it’s okay to put a mirror here (at the bomb shelter)? Is it okay if the mirror is black or bronze tinted?

As long as it doesn’t reflect anything from the kitchen, it should be fine. But honestly, the bomb shelter door is really heavy… any small slip where it bumps into the mirror could be a recipe for disaster.
