Expressway seen from house

Hi

We saw a house at level 17 and above. Infront of house is a expressway(CTE) which is a distance away.There is also Kallang river.

Is there any fengshui pertaining to this?

I have a big family with young kids.

Most stretches of the CTE is known to be a straight highway.

This unlikely to become a Sha qi or poison arrow.

Unlike this example:-

It is now or often whether one can endure the traffic noise especially peak hours of the day. And this also depends on the level and distance to the CTE. 

Most likely level 17 is better off than lower floors. 

It is wise to visit the premises at peak hours if the day. As a recent client has found after her first visit on a Sunday is like night and day on a busy peak traffic.
