Service Lane T-Junction

Dear Master, 

I read several other reference thread pertaining T-junction. 

I have a situation here whereby unit (highlighted in red) is facing a bomba service lane (suspected to be super minimal traffic, but who knows). 

The gate will be 2 cars width, means there will be close to no wall. 

Bomba lane should be standard 4.5m width. 

What kind of gate design would further improve the potential sha qi in this instance.

Something similar to this works well:

The advantage is two fold: reduce Sha qi and allows air into the home.
