Trapezoidal storage area = bad?

Hello Feng Shui masters,

 

I'm looking at purchasing a property and while the apartment itself is not trapezoidal shaped, the detached garage (on the basement level) has a storage cage which is very obviously an irregular shape. Is this considered trapezoidal shaped land (since I will own the storage cage)?

No need to include the storage and car space.

Thus layout, not perfect, but no significant shapes and forms (major) concerns.
