New client see Feng Shui of new house. But wanted advise on selling existing home

I got buyer for my house after first viewing on Saturday.
The [xxxx] in the hall I still leave it on till they exercise OTP.

Thank you so much my new house will start building the partition on Friday and tomorrow electrician will start with electrical plug and ponts
