Activating Mountain Star

Dear Robert & Cecil,
My flying star report stated that there are two very auspicious stars in =the NE section of my house the mountain star 7 & water star 7. But the =NE location is occupied partially by the staircase & partially by a =bedroom. Question: Can I still activate any or both of these stars? If =I can, how do I go about activating it / them?

Dear Davis,
You can activate the mountain star which is in the room and it should be
activated at the direction of the of NE. You can place a paper weight or
hang a large painting if it happens to be a wall.
