Any ways to mediate House On Elevated ground with Back Cliff

The house sits on a high ground with the back land sunken where a tall building sits.

Are there ways to solve this?

Unfortunately moving is not an option now.

1. Nautrally, one of the main concerns lies within Common sense. 
2. Thus the main concern is that of a landslide, if any. 
3. As in recent years, there were a few cases with our neighbours i.e. West Malaysia, K.L.

Land slide is already a concern. Soil movements are being monitored too.

Is there a way to create a Black Tortoise/Warrior in fengshui context? Since that this house is without one.
