Road and House Feng Shui Question

I am looking to buy this house, the main door faces away from the road, but when I go to the kitchen, there is a carpark behind which seems to come directly at the house. I have attached a photo of what looks like from the kitchen. 

Is there any issue from the google maps that you see? Also this unit is on the second floor. 

Really need your help in this.

1. What I have noticed is a slight Tian Zhan Sha, which is not a significant issue. The presence of a neighborhood HDB block across the street obstructs a direct route to the kitchen of this home.

2. Furthermore, the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and the service road leading to this unit does not appear to experience heavy or fast traffic.

3. If the kitchen is equipped with casement windows, it is possible to limit the opening of certain window panels to a minimum.

4. The primary concern would arise if this were to affect the view from the living room.
