Lo Shu Grid on Apartment

Dear Cecil,

I have learned some basic Feng Shui through books and video (still learning). I realize that many high rise apartment in Malaysia design in such that either toilet or kitchen just beside the main door (entrance). Is there any feng shui clash? Normally main entrance should be good area for the owner based on the KUA number, but sharing same grid with toilet and kitchen. Just wonder. Thanks.

CASE STUDY: AVOID OPTION 1

1. In this example, OPTION 1 shows that the water cistern (WC) is located directly above the front entrance door. This means that the WC’s water pipe runs directly above the front door, which is not ideal in Feng Shui. Thus best to avoid this no matter what.

2. OPTION 2 is preferred, as there is no WC located above the front door.

Imagine if this is OPTION 1, with the 2nd storey directly above the front door entrance. It might accidentally energise a bald man’s hair and, surprisingly, make it grow when he is standing above the front door. LOL

 

Man exclaims: Thanks to standing at my front door under a leaking ceiling, I now have a full crown of hair!

OPTION 1A IS NOT PERFECT BUT A BETTER SOLUTION IF TOILET IS STILL AT THE SAME AREA ON LEVEL 2

OPTION 1A is not perfect, but it is a better alternative than OPTION 1, as I have switched the WC with the shower bath area. This means that the WC's waste pipe will no longer be directly above the front door.

In the above example, for a bungalow or semi-detached home, the WC sewerage pipe can now run parallel to the side wall, as shown in red.

For a terrace or inter-terrace house, the WC sewerage pipe still runs inside the house but parallel to the side walls, and thus can avoid being directly above the front door. It is not perfect but is better than the earlier OPTION 1.

Because of what was mentioned above I am willing to share my secret recipe with you, but that means I would have to get rid of you. It’s not surprising that food tastes much better when the stove is placed right under a waste pipe

 

That subtle tilt of the head, the closed eyes, and that elegant nose catching the “aroma” of her secret recipe. She’s not just cooking, she’s feeling it.
