Hi. We finally sold Monterey 😁. Thanks for the FS remedy. We are looking for suitable units in Varsity Park or Parc Palais or Pandan Valley. Do you have any comments on these 3 developments?

Great! Coincidentally, last Wednesday was at Varsity Park to help improve the luck for an unsold 5th floor penthouse unit.

All sites have their the good, the bad and ugly. Previously we discovered water leakage at a top floor unit at Parc Palais from the watertank on top of that unit……PV hmm…
