A sign of an insecure boss?

Good morning Master Lee
I would like to consult you about my office chairs. High-back chairs like this tend to be more comfortable and give better support to sitting whole day.
Is there a Feng Shui guideline that employee chairs should not be higher than boss?

[name hidden], not under Feng Shui. But related to taboo's or stigmas. Just like a short boss feeling unease due to lack of security. If so, then should ask all staff to sit on the floor.
