I'm just new to Feng Shui and I put up wind chimes all over the place. Mu question is this, during a really heavy storm I was expecting a lot of noise from the wind chimes but got none??!! I wondered if this could be due to stale energy or something??

Dear Liz,
Thanks for sharing with us the information.
In my opinion, I feel that what you mentioned is correct and a certain `vacuum' or `pressure' created during the period.
I am equally no expert in this but, it is also my personal observation.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
