For a strong water person, (other than taking into considering the season of strength) the best colours are:
Favourable: Wood i.e. green and brown
The reason here is that wood well help a strong water person exhaust the "strong water" i.e. control it.
Or the use of " Earth " element to destroy water. Earth colour is yellow or square shaped.
