can i cure the combination of 2 and 3 stars with a water bowl in the south corner?

#2 = earth
#3 = wood
In my opinion, it would not be a good idea to use water i.e. a bowl of water as water will enhance #3 or wood.
My advise is to use a METAL cure. Here METAL does wonder to neutralising #2 and #3.
There are many METAL cures already mentioned in this website. My `favourite' is the use of 6 metal coins. As it has few or little hiccup's associated with some other cures like wind chimes.
But cures such as 6 rod hollow wind chimes (may be used) or the use of a pendulum brass/metal clock with it's tick-tock effect are acceptable.
