Dear Allan,
On an intuitive level, (without) detailed Pillars of Destiny or FS analysis; you can:
1. determine what is your present `LUCK' in the existing home.
2. If you have found a `better' home, or feel that you have found a better one then your existing home. In such a situation, you can try to move residence ASAP.
