Convert to 1 Jan 1999 at 04:00 am (+0000 hrs). Then subtract -0500 hrs. This means that in your local time should be 31 Dec 1999 at 11:00 pm. If you feel that you are free during that timing, then you may like to participate in an online discussion session.So that other users can adjust the timing to cater to their own local time.============================================At times, Cecil and Robert may have an online discussion session for all users to post immediate queries.
