where should a wind chime be hung this year? outside of my house in the southwest or southeast sector/corner?

Some FS practitioners, asked their clients to hang wind chimes outside their entrance door, this year.
A windchime (or subject to more detailed site analysis) can be hung at bad `yellow' earth sector i.e. the sector with bad earth #5 this year. However, as this is quite general; it should normally be looked at in relation to the 20 year Flying Star of the year.
