From Period 7 to Period 8

Dear Cecil,
In period 8, my rented house which belongs to period 7 sits on NE with flying stars 7,1,7(kitchen) & faces SW flying stars 4,4,1.(main door).
Can I use "Fire" element i.e my stove to reduce the flying stars 7,1,7 during period 8?

Dear Anon,
Under the 20 Year Flying Star analysis; if you not doing any major renovations under Period 8 -- your house will remain under Period 7.
Yes, under Period 8, NE will continue to have 7,1,7 and you should continue to use Fire as a general cure for 20 Year Flying Star.
