Hi Cecil
This is my first time posting a question and i hope i did it right.
I sleep in the study bedroom and the door is bigger than the normal bedroom. The door is located at the West Direct and I found that my sleeping position is best at South-West.
Will my bedroom door effect my fengshui??
Pls advise. my dob is 4 april 73.
thank you.

Dear Anon,
1. A bedroom door should be proportionate to the same wall it is on. Overall, a larger door is not a primary concern unless, one sleeps with the feet facing the door.
A sample of this inauspicious position is shown under the attached illustration. (File only avaiable for viewing thru the web-forum.)
2. Overall, so long as the bedroom door opens inwards, this is good. For sliding doors, then, one can control the `size' of the door opening.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Hi Cecil
Thank you so much for your quick reply. It was my first time and I did not know you have actually replied so soon.
Thank you.
Thanks for the example.
Ok it is a sliding door and it is proportionate with the wall. But it happen to be my excellent direction and because of that it is difficult for me to sleep with my head facing that direction because the portion of the wall is not big enough for my bed. What can be done? Can i sleep at that direction and dont open the side of the sliding door. It is a 2 doors sliding door.
I have attached a diagram.
Pls advise, thanks.
