Beam in Master Bedroom

I'm staying in a 4 room HDB flat. As usual, there will be a beam at one side of the wall in the master bedroom (suitable for wardrobe). As i need to sleep under the beam, what kind of cure that i can use?

Dear Yang Ming,
1. The most common cure for concrete beams is the use of a pair of bamboo flutes. You can view a picture illustration under the reference link below:-

2. If one places a pair of flute on a beam, it can be placed on either side or one of the other side of the beam i.e. one pair of bamboo flute will do.
This is onl for info: The only other option is the use of `false partition'.
