Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 4, 2002 Staff Share Posted April 4, 2002 Dear All,In this illustration, if one can, avoid buying units or even houses where the toilet(s) are either NEXT to the main entrance and/or at the centrepoint of the house. This spells -- Financial problems. Please see attached illustration.Recommendation: DON'T BUY!Warmest Regards,Cecil
Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 4, 2002 Staff Share Posted April 4, 2002 1. In this layout plan, there is a `close-call' towards nature's call.2. This layout is not-as-auspicious since the toilet bowls of the shared toilet and master bedroom are close to the centre-point of the house.3. Owner will not be able to `retain cash'. And finance is always up and down with little savings left - at the end of the day.4. If specific windows are opened in the living room; there is a direct path or sha qi from the main door to the balcony or living room window. This is `curable'. But secondary to the `toilet bowl' issue.Suggestion: If CAN, AVOID buying this unit.
