What is he lack of ?

Hi Cecil,
I've just given birth to a boy on the 11th Sept 2002 at 8.48am. May I know what element is favourable & unfavourable for him ?
I was also told that according to his life description in the tong-shu, he'll have a hard life in his younger days. Is this true ? What should we do to improve that ? By choosing him a good name ?
Please advise. Thanks very much !
